The Issues

The Partners required an experienced Practice Manager (PM) to lead the team & implement policies & procedures in line with their new cloud software.

The Partners had many ideas and goals to implement but didn’t have the time to execute them because of client commitments, team issues, and other business-related matters.

Team members were working back to keep up with workloads and learning the new software. Unfortunately, this caused duplication of tasks, an increase in errors, and Jobs running over budget and past deadlines.

They lost valuable clients because the partners were not providing the value-added services, they were promised.

The Approach

Your Business First (YBF) facilitated a Planning Day with the Partners and key team members to identify key projects & to implement best practice.

We ranked the projects by priority with time frames & measurabilities.

The firm decided to engage the YBF Practice Management service (PM) 2 days per week onsite and the monthly Board Meeting to achieve their objectives.

The Result

The PM managed these projects whilst freeing up the team to focus transitioning to the new software. The PM;
